David Ruiz
David is a partner at Serone Capital Management and is responsible for portfolio investments and execution. David has been principal focused, purchasing and managing distressed investment opportunities and portfolios across Asia, South America and Europe for the past 12 years.
He has been working in various capacities for a number of different institutions including; CarVal U.K. Ltd (CVI), JPMorgan Real Estate Structured Finance / Principal Finance, and GE Capital’s Global Financial Restructuring team.
David’s previous roles included business management, strategy, deal sourcing, transaction underwriting, structuring and pricing, as well as contract negotiations, asset and portfolio management. David has been involved in the purchase of over USD 25 billion in assets across asset classes.
David has a B.S.B.A. and a Master in International Business. David is a Spanish and French national.
