After eight years of working as a freelance photographer, Mike recently completed a Masters degree in Documentary Photography and Photojournalism at the London College of Communication. He is particularly drawn to contemporary social issues including HIV/AIDS. His work has recently started to look at the physical and non physical boundaries we construct and the inter-connectivity between different communities.
Mike recently completed a project, with IPPF and Family Life Association of Swaziland (FLAS), called Condom Nation which looks at the stories of different families in Swaziland, portraying the people behind the challenging but changing HIV epidemic and their access to HIV and SRH services. Mike is documenting the progress of Green Shoots Foundation’s programmes in Myanmar and Cambodia.
